5. IMPORTANT: If you haven't already, send Fourth Dimension ALL domain name information, (instructions for sending websites to a www.yourname.com address) to my home address. Also mail me all Passwords/User names related to your domain service. If you are using a Public Domain (such as Geocities or Tripod), just send your User Name and Password.

6. IMPORTANT: Also send any and ALL data you want to appear on your new Website to my home address. This includes Text, Scanned/Unscanned Images, Audio, Video, Etc...
