So follow these simple steps below to tell Fourth Dimension whether or not you'd like your Website to use Frames.

1. Click here to open your e-mail service. Leave the TO field as is.
2. Make the SUBJECT field say 'Frames Preference'.
3. In the MESSAGE field, type either 'FRAMES' or 'NO FRAMES' depending on whether or not you want frames on your site.
4. Send the e-mail
